Report a return / fill in the form
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your order. The goods must be in their original packaging and have all tags.
Remember that you are legally responsible for reducing the value of the goods resulting from using them in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Do you have a customer account? Submit your return online!
All you have to do is enter the history of your purchases, select the correct order and use the "Report a return" button. Fill in the necessary data and the ready return form will immediately appear in your account.

We will transfer the funds to you within 14 days .
We will notify you by e-mail about the receipt of your parcel and then about the return of the payment.
Remember that the payment to your account, depending on your bank, may take about 2-3 business days.
You will receive your payment in the same way that you paid for the order.

Cash on delivery order:
If you have paid for your order on delivery, do not forget to provide us with the bank details. We will send you the refund to the indicated bank account.

PayPal payment:
If you paid for the order via PayPal, you can get a refund of the shipping costs for returning the goods. Details can be found on the PayPal website.

Personalized products:
Important! Ordered personalized goods (e.g. with individual print) are not returnable! The printed product is also not subject to exchange . Legal basis: art. 38 point 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827 as amended).

Log in to your customer account and select the "Orders" tab and then use the "Details" button.

Under the shipping information you will find the "Submit a return" button.
Use it and choose from the available options- I'd like to return

Complete the transfer details and select the reason for the return .

Confirm the application with the "Report a return" button.

The manufacturer's carton, in which the shoes are originally packed, does not constitute a return packaging - additionally secure it against shipping!
In the case of a return of a higher value purchase, send the package safely in the box. You can use the doublebox in which you received the order.
Please rememberThe returned product should not move in the package, nor should it be forced in.

Place the goods in an additional package and make sure that it is properly sealed. One of the safest methods of sticking is the so-called H method, i.e. covering the opening of the box in the shape of the letter H, as shown in the picture.

If you have a smaller product to send back, such as clothes, use whatever options are available.
You can use the product in its original packaging:
- put in a bubble envelope
- secure with gray paper
- put in a poly mailer or use a thicker, opaque bag that you can seal

Important!
If you use the packaging in which you received your order, please make sure that our shipping label is not on it!
You can tear off the label, completely blur it or cover it with a new label. This will ensure the correct delivery of your shipment.
Warning! According to DHL's regulations: Defective, poorly secured packaging or packaging with inscriptions, images or graphics that violate the law may not be accepted by the shipping company.
