    Report a return / fill in the form

    You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your order. The goods must be in their original packaging and have all tags.

    Remember that you are legally responsible for reducing the value of the goods resulting from using them in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

    Do you have a customer account? Submit your return online!

    All you have to do is enter the history of your purchases, select the correct order and use the "Report a return" button. Fill in the necessary data and the ready return form will immediately appear in your account.

    Remember to include the printed form in the return shipment.

    You don't have an account with us? No problem!

    Fill out the paper return form and attach it together with the proof of purchase to the returned goods.

    Returning goods without a completed form may extend the return period!

    Shipments sent to an address other than the above will not be received. We also do not accept cash on delivery packages.

    Leave the rest to us!

    We will transfer the funds to you within 14 days .

    We will notify you by e-mail about the receipt of your parcel and then about the return of the payment.

    Remember that the payment to your account, depending on your bank, may take about 2-3 business days.

    You will receive your payment in the same way that you paid for the order.

    Attention

    Please see below for additional information on returning various payment methods:

    • Cash on delivery order:

      If you have paid for your order on delivery, do not forget to provide us with the bank details. We will send you the refund to the indicated bank account.

    • PayPal payment:

      If you paid for the order via PayPal, you can get a refund of the shipping costs for returning the goods. Details can be found on the PayPal website.

    • Personalized products:

      Important! Ordered personalized goods (e.g. with individual print) are not returnable! The printed product is also not subject to exchange . Legal basis: art. 38 point 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827 as amended).

    Log in to your customer account and select the "Orders" tab and then use the "Details" button.

  • Step 2

    Under the shipping information you will find the "Submit a return" button.
    Use it and choose from the available options

    Complete the transfer details and select the reason for the return .

  • Step 4

    Confirm the application with the "Report a return" button.
    A ready-made return form will be displayed on the website, which we will also send you by e-mail.
