Hoka Mafate XM Yellow-Orange Shoes

Hoka Mafate X are advanced trail shoes designed for long-distance mountain and ultra runs. They combine maximum cushioning, high stability and exceptional grip in variable terrain. Thanks to the use of modern technologies - such as a two-layer midsole, carbon plate or Vibram® Megagrip sole - they offer unparalleled comfort, dynamics and control, even on the most demanding routes.

The shoes are equipped with an ultra-light, woven upper that guarantees excellent fit and high level of breathability. The construction of the material allows for quick drainage of water, which is of great importance when running in wet or muddy terrain. Additionally, the upper stabilizes the foot well, especially during technical descents and sharp turns, which improves control and safety.

The Hoka Mafate X midsole is a combination of two types of foam: ultra-soft PEBA , located closer to the foot, and a more durable layer of EV A foam placed on the bottom. This construction provides high comfort, effective vibration dampening and excellent cushioning, even over very long distances. A carbon plate in the shape of a fork is embedded in the sole, which stabilizes the shoe , supports the roll of the foot and helps maintain pace on variable terrain.

The grip is provided by the iconic Vibram® Megagrip sole, which works great on rocks, mud and loose ground. The aggressive tread ensures certainty of every step regardless of weather conditions or type of surface. Thanks to this technology, the shoes offer the highest level of traction, necessary during mountain ultra runs.
