The product should be massaged into the skin 45 minutes and again 15 minutes before starting the activity, which ensures optimal effect.

Recovery Post Workout - 200ml
A product designed for muscle regeneration after physical exertion. Contains active ingredients such as barbed butcher's broom, arnica, ginkgo biloba and ginseng, which support the regeneration process and improve circulation , which accelerates muscle recovery. By massaging the preparation into muscle areas (e.g. thighs, calves, back), you can reduce swelling and improve the condition of the skin after intensive training. The product does not contain a cooling effect, which means it can also be used in colder conditions, where additional cooling of the skin would be unpleasant.

Instant Relief - 200ml
A product designed to immediately relieve muscle and joint pain that may occur after intense exercise. Ingredients such as sage libanotica and comfrey have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, providing relief in places where muscle pain occurs. The product also has properties that improve the condition of the skin and facilitate its regeneration.
