Puma Fast-R NITRO™ Elite 3 W Blue Shoes

The Puma Fast-Nitro Elite 3 is the latest racing shoe designed for breaking records on distances from 5km to marathon. The model was created based on laboratory tests and data collected from elite athletes, which allowed for the introduction of key design and technological improvements. As a result, the shoes offer increased running economy by 3.15% , which can translate into a reduction of marathon time by more than 4 minutes 30 seconds for athletes achieving a result of around 3 hours. The Fast-R 3 is currently the fastest model in the PUMA offer - lighter than its predecessor, equipped with new foams, a larger carbon plate and an optimized construction.

The shoe upper is made of ULTRAWEAVE material – an ultralight, breathable fabric with four-way elasticity . Thanks to reduced friction and weight , it provides a second-skin fit and allows for maximum freedom of movement while running. This material was designed specifically for athletes who seek maximum speed and efficiency in movement.

The heart of the midsole is the innovative NITROFOAM™ Elite foam – exceptionally light and dynamic, filled with nitrogen for maximum energy return. The new version of this foam provides not only greater responsiveness, but also improved comfort over long distances. The use of a larger PWRPLATE carbon fiber plate improves stability, facilitates foot roll and increases acceleration. Both of these elements work together to optimize running economy and minimize energy loss.

The outsole is made of PUMAGRIP rubber compound, which offers excellent grip on various surfaces. Its durability and grip ensure safety and full use of the shoes' potential during both training and racing in variable weather conditions.
