The Nike Zoom Rival Multi is a highly versatile track and field spike designed for fast running and jumping on tartan surfaces during training and competition. Suitable for both men and women , this model offers exceptional performance for sprints, middle- and long-distance events, including steeplechase and cross-country running, as well as the long jump, pole vault, and triple jump.

The spikes' upper features a single-layer, highly breathable mesh and zoned reinforcements for improved foot support and durability. A band around the arch provides additional support. Together with the precise lacing system, it holds the midfoot in place, preventing uncontrolled foot movement. An additional cushioning pad under the heel provides much-needed comfort during middle- and long-distance runs. It also absorbs the impact of the foot hitting the ground when jumping and overcoming obstacles.

The midsole features a redesigned 3/4-foot plate , making the shoe incredibly lightweight and flexible, yet durable enough for constant toe-off. Incredibly thin Nike Zoom cushioning in the midsole brings the foot closer to the ground and increases stability, especially during fast, multi-directional movements, while also providing optimal "feel" for the running surface .
