Nike Zoom Rival Multi are extremely versatile track and field spikes designed for fast running and jumping on tartan surfaces during training and competitions. The upper of the spikes uses a single-layer, highly breathable mesh and zoned reinforcements for better foot support and durability of the footwear. There is a band around the arch of the foot that provides additional support for the foot. Together with the precise lacing system, it holds the midfoot in place, not allowing uncontrolled foot movements. An additional cushioning cushion under the heel provides much-needed comfort in medium and long-distance runs. It also absorbs the force of the foot hitting the ground when jumping and overcoming obstacles.

The midsole has a redesigned plate on the length of 3/4 of the foot , which makes the shoe very light and flexible and durable enough to run on your toes all the time.
