The upper of the spikes uses a single-layer, highly breathable mesh and zoned reinforcements for better foot support and durability of the footwear. There is a band around the arch of the foot that provides additional support for the foot. Together with the precise lacing system, it holds the midfoot in place, not allowing uncontrolled foot movements. Cushioning has been added in the midfoot and heel , which provides much-needed comfort in long-distance running and smoothness of the rolling phase and transition to dynamic take-off.

The spikes are very light and flexible, guaranteeing very good grip while running on a tartan track.
