The soft Smooth Stretch Woven upper perfectly hugs the foot, and its horizontal stretch (without vertical stretch) adds comfort and confidence during the run. The modified fabric also has better breathability. The heel construction does not overlap the Achilles tendon, giving a feeling of great comfort without excessive stiffness or irritation.

In the upper part of the midsole we find Mizuno ENERZY NX T, which provides softness and excellent energy return while maintaining lower weight.
Mizuno ENERZY foam is located in the lower part of the sole, offering elasticity, great cushioning and protection. The three-dimensional geometry in the midsole is characterized by the bubbles visible in the previous version, which have an excellent ability to deform , thanks to which comfort during running is increased.

The midsole is equipped with a fan-shaped plate - Mizuno WAVE , which prevents point deformation of the shoe while providing dynamic support for stability and forward movement of the foot.
