Nike Air Zoom Maxfly 2 U Running Spikes Red/Green

Nike Air Zoom Maxfly 2 are sprint spikes created for the fastest runners in the world - and in the new version they are even lighter and more responsive. They were designed for runs from 100 to 400 meters , including hurdles.

The shoe's color scheme was inspired by the legendary stadium The Armory. The dominant shade of the upper refers to the characteristic color of the track, while green accents reflect the colors of the fields located inside the facility. Blue details symbolize the warm-up zone, and red elements on the insole and sole refer to the Armory logo. The whole is complemented by a cross pattern inspired by the unique stadium ceiling, creating a coherent and thoughtful aesthetic.

They are equipped with two Air Zoom gas cushions in the forefoot, responsive ZoomX foam and a carbon fiber plate that improves dynamics and stability. The plate is used along the entire length, but is stiffer under the midfoot and heel to provide a better roll of the foot from heel to toe.

The center spike of the original Maxfly has been removed and the platform on the big toe side has been raised. This makes the spikes more stable on both straights and corners.

The lightweight Flyweave upper made of textile and synthetic material provides excellent fit and flexibility. The laces with notches do not come undone during the run , so you can fully focus on running.

The outsole pattern , inspired by shock waves and created based on runner data, increases traction in strategic areas and improves transition. Six removable forefoot spikes increase traction, allowing for greater speed.
