This model will perform great on tempo training, fartleks and speed training. The Trailfly Speed is a sibling of the more cushioned Trailfly model with a higher drop.

The new anatomical shape of the shoe perfectly adapts to the natural shape of the foot - excellent fit at the heel and expansion in the toes provide stability and comfort. Compared to previous models , a thicker wedge of cushioning foam has been used, which allows for longer runs, while maintaining the appropriate ground feel in difficult terrain . The flexible META-SHANK rock plate protects feet from sharp rocks and tree roots, ensuring confident movement on demanding terrain.

The shoe upper is made of breathable mesh for excellent ventilation and comfort, while thick MET-CRADLE straps over the mesh upper ensure a snug fit and security .

The new, ultra-light POWERFLOW PRO foam midsole provides excellent cushioning and elasticity while maintaining a high level of responsiveness . The 6mm thick Boomerang sockliner contains hundreds of foamed TPU beads that compress and spring back, which helps save energy during long runs, providing as much as 40% energy return per stride.

The shoes have 4 mm diameter rubber studs that grip rocks and hard, dry ground perfectly. The special arrangement of the studs provides faster toe-off and more effective heel braking, which increases stability and confidence while running.
