REGULATIONS OF THE PROMOTION "NIGHT HUNTING 2022"

 

§ 1 Promotion Rules

 

  1. These Regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations") define the terms and conditions under which the promotion called "Night Hunting 2022" takes place. (hereinafter: "Promotion").
  2. The Organizer of the Promotion (hereinafter: "Organizer") is SZOPEX-Dutkiewicz sp. z o.o. sp.k. with its registered office in Olsztyn (10-166) at 6 Kotański Street, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Olsztyn, VIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000724788, NIP 7390202240, REGON 510525357.
  3. The Promotion takes place in the online store of the brand "Sklep Biegacza" operating at the Internet address https://sklepbiegacza.pl/ (hereinafter: "Online Store") and in stationary stores of the brand Sklep Biegacza, the address details of which can be found here: https://sklepbiegacza.pl/content/kontakt,1002.html (hereinafter: "Stationary Store").
  4. The Participant of the Promotion (hereinafter: "Participant") may be only natural persons making purchases for a purpose not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  5. The Promotion is valid only during the following period (hereinafter: "Promotion Period"):

a. in the Online Store - from 00:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on 30.10.2022,

  1. The subject of the Promotion is the opportunity to purchase products selected by the Organizer with a discount:

a. in the amount of 30% from the nominal price (from the first price) in the Online Store.

  1. In order to participate in the Promotion in the Online Store, you must: add the selected products to the shopping cart, enter the discount code "NIGHT2022" in the appropriate field, and then activate the entered discount code using the button provided for this purpose.
  2. The Promotion does not include electronic equipment (in particular: watches, heart rate monitors and sports cameras). In addition, the Promotion also excludes other products marked as "product excluded from the discount". Additional information about products excluded from the discount in Stationary Stores can be obtained at each Store (directly from the seller).
  3. 9 The Promotion shall not be combined or aggregated with any other promotions or discounts and loyalty cards applicable to the Organizer during the Promotion Period. The discount is not exchangeable for cash equivalent.
  4. The discount is calculated from the regular price, i.e. from the original price, without any discounts.

 

§ 2 Complaints regarding participation in the Promotion

 

  1. The Participant has the right to file a complaint in case of non-compliance of the conduct of the Promotion with the Regulations. Complaints should be filed in the Store or sent in writing to the Organizer's address: SZOPEX- DUTKIEWICZ sp. z o.o. sp.k. 6 Kotańskiego St., 10-166 Olsztyn with the annotation "Complaint - Night Fishing 2022 Promotion ". 2.
  2. The submission of a complaint should include a detailed description of the complaint and the Participant's data necessary to respond to it.
  3. The Participant has the right to submit a complaint during the Promotion Period and within 14 calendar days after the end of the Promotion. Complaints will be considered by the Organizer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  4. Response to complaints will be sent by mail to the address provided by the Participant (unless the parties agree on another form of response to complaints).
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to consider a complaint if the Participant fails to provide contact information to send a response.
  6. The administrator of the personal data provided in the complaint is the Organizer.
  7. The Organizer will process the personal data of the Participant submitting the complaint only in connection with the complaint, i.e. in performance of a legal obligation incumbent on the Organizer under Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO.
  8. The personal data provided will be processed by the Organizer until the complaint is resolved, unless generally applicable regulations require the Organizer to store personal data for a longer period of time.
  9. Providing data is voluntary, however it is necessary to consider the complaint.
  10. The participant has the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data, the right to object and the right to data portability. The participant also has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  11. The personal data provided will be shared with suppliers of technical and IT solutions (including, but not limited to, hosting, communication with customers, running an online store).

 

§ 3 Final provisions

 

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to early termination of the Promotion in case of depletion of stocks. Earlier termination of the Promotion shall not violate the acquired rights of the Participants.
  2. Advertising and promotional materials related to the Promotion shall be for information purposes only.
  3. The Promotion Regulations are available on the Organizer's website https://sklepbiegacza.pl/content/news and in Stationary Stores.
