REGULATIONS OF THE "NIGHT HUNT 2023 - Partners Club" PROMOTION

 

§ 1 Promotion Rules

 

1. These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the terms and conditions of the promotion called "Night Hunt 2023 - Partners Club" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").

 

2. The Organizer of the Promotion (hereinafter: "Organizer") is SZOPEX-Dutkiewicz sp. z o.o. sp.k. with headquarters in Olsztyn (10-166) at ul. Kotańskiego 6, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Olsztyn, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000724788, NIP 7390202240, REGON 510525357.

 

3. The promotion takes place in the online store of the „BeRunner" brand operating at the Internet address https://berunner.com/ (hereinafter: "Online Store”).

 

4. Participant in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") may only be natural persons registered in the loyalty program „BE RUNNER PARTNERS CLUB" (hereinafter referred to as "Partners Club") who make purchases for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity. 5. The Promotion is valid only during the following period (hereinafter: "Promotion Period"):

 

a. in the Online Store - from 10.00 on October 23, 2023 to October 27, 2023 23.59,

 

6. The subject of the Promotion is the opportunity to purchase products selected by the Organizer with a discount:

 

a. up to -40% of the current price in the Online Store for selected products.

 

The current list of products covered by the Promotion along with the discount amount is available at: https://berunner.com/products/night-hunts-early-access/flags=142. The Organizer is entitled to modify the list of products participating in the Promotion. The change referred to in the preceding sentence does not constitute an amendment to the Regulations and is effective from the moment the list of products is updated.

 

7. In order to participate in the Promotion:

 

a. in the Online Store: add selected products to the cart, enter the Promotion discount code obtained via e-mail (see section 11) or available on the materials communicating the Promotion in the appropriate field, and then activate the entered discount code using the button intended for this purpose.

 

8. The promotion does not apply to electronic equipment (in particular: watches, heart rate monitors and sports cameras). Moreover, the Promotion does not cover other products marked as "product excluded from the discount".

 

9. The Promotion cannot be combined or added to any other promotions or discounts and loyalty cards applicable to the Organizer during the Promotion Period. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

10. The discount is calculated on the regular price, i.e. on the original price, without any discounts.

 

11. Discount codes valid in the Promotion will be provided by the Organizer to participants of the BE RUNNER PARTNERS CLUB loyalty program to the e-mail address provided by the participant when registering for the loyalty program and via open communication of the Promotion on the BeRunner channels in social media and on the website BeRunner.com

 

12. The Organizer is not responsible for failure to deliver the discount code for reasons related to the Participant, and in particular the Organizer is not responsible for:

 

a. providing an incorrect e-mail address in the BeRunner Partners Club registration form,

b. participant's mailbox settings preventing message delivery (in particular, anti-spam filters).

 

§ 2 Complaints related to participation in the Promotion

 

1. The Participant has the right to submit a complaint in the event of non-compliance of the Promotion with the Regulations. Complaints should be submitted in the Store or sent in writing to the Organizer's address:

with the note "Complaint - Promotion Night Hunt 2023 PC"

 

2. Filing a complaint should include a detailed description of the complaint and the Participant's data necessary to respond.

 

3. The Participant has the right to submit a complaint during the Promotion Period and within 14 calendar days from its end. Complaints will be considered by the Organizer within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt.

 

4. A response to complaints will be sent by post to the address provided by the Participant (unless the party decides on a different form of response to complaints).

 

5. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to consider a complaint if the Participant fails to provide contact details enabling the reply to be sent.

 

6. The administrator of personal data provided in the complaint is the Organizer.

 

7. The Organizer will process the personal data of the Participant filing a complaint only in connection with the complaint, i.e. in fulfillment of the legal obligation imposed on the Organizer pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 point c) GDPR.

8. The provided personal data will be processed by the Organizer until the complaint is considered, unless generally applicable regulations impose an obligation on the Organizer to store personal data for a longer period of time.

 

9. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to consider the complaint.

 

10. The participant has the right to access personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit processing, the right to object and the right to transfer data. The participant also has the right to submit a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

 

11. The personal data provided will be made available to suppliers of technical and IT solutions (including in the field of hosting, communication with customers, running an online store).

 

§ 3 Final provisions

 

1. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion earlier if supplies run out. Early termination of the Promotion will not violate the acquired rights of Participants.

 

2. Advertising and promotional materials related to the Promotion are for informational purposes only.

 

3. The Promotion Regulations are available on the Organizer's website https://berunner.com.
