Order fulfillment time - package preparation up to 2 working days + delivery time up to 3 working days.

Buyers from outside the European Union may be additionally charged customs duties. All information on customs duties, as well as the rules for calculating them, can be obtained from the local customs offices. We also inform you that we do not reduce the prices with VAT for external orders.

After placing the order, the buyer receives a tracking number that allows him to track the package as it is delivered. Courier companies deliver parcels from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately - we will try to change the delivery location. It will not be possible only if the package leaves our warehouse.
