Asics Trabuco 14 M Blue-Orange Shoes

The Asics Trabuco 14 is a shoe designed for confident and stable running on unfamiliar, challenging trails. Combining lightweight construction, highly responsive cushioning , and aggressive traction, it excels on runs in hilly or varied terrain. This latest version is lighter than its predecessor and offers more cushioning, increasing comfort during long, technical runs.

The upper is made of a specially designed , lightweight mesh that provides high breathability and eliminates the need for additional, heavy overlays. The construction has also been widened in the forefoot to increase comfort during longer runs and prevent toe pressure on descents. Enhanced midfoot support reduces excessive foot movement within the shoe, increasing stability on challenging terrain. Additionally, the tongue features an elasticated lace cover that can be tucked into the laces to prevent accidental untying. The model is vegan and uses a solution-dye sockliner that reduces water consumption and CO₂ emissions.

Cushioning is provided by FF BLAST MAX , one of the most resilient and softest foams in the ASICS portfolio. It has been increased by 2mm compared to the previous generation, significantly improving landing comfort and giving the stride a more dynamic "bounce."
The foam works responsively, absorbing shock and then releasing energy, making it easier to accelerate and maintain rhythm on challenging terrain. This makes every step lighter, softer, and more natural.

The ASICSGRIP rubber outsole provides advanced traction on technical, wet, and loose surfaces. This is one of the strongest compounds in ASICS off-road models, ensuring a sure footing on both rock and loose dirt. Additionally, a flexible rock plate underfoot protects against sharp bumps without compromising the shoe's flexibility during uphill and downhill runs.
